Our paperboard is an integral part of the shopping experience for our clients’ customers. Since 2013 we have powered the mill almost entirely by fossil fuel free energy. Your future challenge
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Planning Department for a Stock Controller. In order to succeed in this role you will need to be an analytical person with an enquiring mind, logical approach and advanced Excel skills.
You will work in a number of different systems (e.g TIPS, Office) and will need good verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with internal and external customers to resolve issues and drive through improvements to working practices.
Your role will involve the following activities:
- Optimise inventory control procedures
- Monitor aged stocks and usage
- Involvement in the sale of downgraded and or returned stocks across several locations
- Co-ordinate regular inventory audits on several stock sites
- Reconcile stock discrepancies and highlight areas for improvement
- Create replenishment orders
- Monitor stock KPI’s and stock efficiency
- Co-ordinate with Sales on customised aged stock
- Inventory reporting to relevant Functions
- Lead & Co-ordination of physical annual stock takes and the analysis of the results
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Business Administration or Supply Chain degree.
