Encore are recruiting forStock Control Operative working in a major online sports retailer in Wolverhampton (WV14)

Hours of Work - 2 Week Rotation Pattern
Week A - Monday to Friday (06:00 - 14:00)
Week B - Monday to Friday(14:00 - 22:00)

Rates of Pay
Basic Pay - £ 10.18 p/hr
Overtime Pay - £ 13.23 p/hr

Your time at work

• 
  Working to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
• Completing cyclical-counting audits of stock locations
• Investigating and resolving errors on the stock database
• Resolving stock amnesty issues
• Ensure all stock is handled correctly and that procedures are being adhered to
• Maintaining minimum performance targets as set by line manager
• Actioning any other duties to fulfill the operational needs of the business as allocated by line manager
• Making suggestions for improvements where appropriate
• Using all relevant equipment correctly and effectively, taking care to keep it in a good standard of repair
• Participating in any required training
• Adhering to all company rules on Health & Safety
• Highlighting any Health & Safety concerns to line manager for resolution.
• Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained and adhering to the 'clean as you go' policy at all times
