Job Title: Stock Control Assistant
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: £25,000PA

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stock Control Assistant to join our busy warehouse team in our Birmingham Office at the leading & largest trade-only Security Distributor in the UK & Ireland.

This role is a permanent Monday-Friday position with working hours between 8am – 5pm (40-hour week), reporting to the Stock Controller.

Key responsibilities are:

• Processing customer returns in a timely and effective manner
• Investigating and solving stock discrepencies
• Carry out daily rolling stock checks
• Liaising with suppliers to return faulty and damaged items
• Raising credits
• Investigating picking and despatch errors and any shortages
