Our Stock Associates play a critical behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the efficient operations of our business by ensuring proper stock management and organization. This position primarily focuses on receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise within the store, contributing to a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.

Compensation:$17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Receiving + Processing Shipments: Receive merchandise shipments, verify accuracy of delivered items, and process them in our system. Check for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to Management.
- Stock Organization: Organize merchandise in designated storage areas, such as shelves, racks, or stockrooms. Follow established procedures for categorizing and labeling products, ensuring easy accessibility and quick retrieval.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling them with sales data. Identify and report any stock shortages or discrepancies to management, facilitating timely replenishment orders.
- Stockroom Maintenance/Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in stock areas, including stock room and receiving area. Keep work areas tidy and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a retail or stock-related role is advantageous but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift and move somewhat heavy objects (shipments of apparel and footwear), and stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer proficiency.
