Job description
Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd party UK logistics business specialising in chilled warehousing providing an excellent platform for food and drink manufactures.
We are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to work in our chilled warehouse operation at our Stafford depot on a full time, permanent basis.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:30
Salary: £22,714 per annum
Key Duties of a Stock Admimistrator:
To create and manage bookings for inbound loads and providing support to the goods in operation.
- Manage the inbound bookings diary for all clients
- Daily goods in and storage reporting
- Supporting the Goods In Administrator
- Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances
- Creation & modification of pre-advice documents for inbound loads
- Supporting colleagues throughout the network
- Filing general admin paperwork
- Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
- Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
- Compilation of Goods In statistics
- Other duties as reasonably required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- PC literate and experience in MS Excel
- Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
- Pro-active and adaptable approach
- Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative
- Conscientious and reliable
- Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
