Job description
Menzies Distribution are currently recruiting for a Stock Admin Controller to work out of our Corby MAX depot. Within this role, you should manage & support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of the Customer / Suppliers stock management. Also to ensure that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.
Monday to Friday week 1: 6AM - 3PM
Monday to Friday week 2: 12pm - 9PM
Some weekend working will also be required for stock takes
Key duties of the role, but not limited to:
- Deal and manage drivers reporting into the site office
- Process inbound loads
- Prepare and process outbound loads
- Stock report issues
- Maintenance and management of WMS
- Creating an effective working environment building a diverse, well- balanced team.
- Work closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams, warehouse and related departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in all we do
- Daily/weekly/monthly stock takes
- Adherence to customer stock and control procedures
- Wastage reporting
- Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company H&S policies
- Operation of MHE
- Perpetual Inventory & pallet control
- Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site & deal with enquieries
- Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S Policy
Experience required:
- Experience working with Warehouse Management & Stock Systems
- High level of accuracy & numeracy
- Ability to solve problems quickly & effectively
