Job description

Menzies Distribution are currently recruiting for a Stock Admin Controller to work out of our Corby MAX depot. Within this role, you should manage & support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of the Customer / Suppliers stock management. Also to ensure that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.


Monday to Friday week 1: 6AM - 3PM

Monday to Friday week 2: 12pm - 9PM

Some weekend working will also be required for stock takes


Key duties of the role, but not limited to:

  • Deal and manage drivers reporting into the site office
  • Process inbound loads
  • Prepare and process outbound loads
  • Stock report issues
  • Maintenance and management of WMS
  • Creating an effective working environment building a diverse, well- balanced team.
  • Work closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams, warehouse and related departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in all we do
  • Daily/weekly/monthly stock takes
  • Adherence to customer stock and control procedures
  • Wastage reporting
  • Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company H&S policies
  • Operation of MHE
  • Perpetual Inventory & pallet control
  • Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site & deal with enquieries

Experience required:

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management & Stock Systems
  • High level of accuracy & numeracy
  • Ability to solve problems quickly & effectively
