Hours: Part Time

Must be eligible to work in the UK. Must be willing to relocate to Swansea.

Greek Flavours is an exciting new addition to Swansea’s diverse restaurant scene. Greek Flavours is an authentic, Greek food restaurant based in the heart of Swansea City Centre where you can expect fresh, local ingredients, classic Greek dishes, and Mediterranean favourites.

General specification

Duties Include (though not limited to):
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- Sweep and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Support the kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow
