Job summary
Sterile Services has a full time vacancy for a highly motivated individual to join our busy Accredited Department.
The successful candidate must be reliable, hardworking and able to work methodically and pay attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a Sterile Services department is not essential as full "in house" training will be given.
The job involves the cleaning, checking, packing and dispatching of all re-usable medical devices to Operating Theatres & Wards at the General Hospital. There is also the opportunity to train on internal auditing and the following of ISO Quality Standards to meet the requirements of the Accredited department.
Department is situated at Five Oaks with Free Parking C1 licence is essential, as driving is incorporated within this role, when required to deliver to the General hospital on occasions.
