Following the successful launch of various projects including Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone, we are seeking a high calibre individual to join our team.
You will demonstrate practical experience working within a busy customer environment working to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; ability to investigate and assess individual circumstances in line with the statutory procedure associated with the Transport Act 2000 and Traffic Management Act 2004; excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce detailed replies to correspondence to a high level; update information on computer systems to accurately summarise the advice and actions taken; be able to maintain confidentiality; and also to work well as part of a team with the ability to be flexible to meet deadlines.
