We are looking for passionate people to join an amazing coffee academy within The Nec group and become a certified coffee Guru. This role will have the opportunity to learn all there is to know around the delivery coffee with passion to a verity of customers that visit the Nec from all around the world. This position contributes to Amadeus success by providing excellent barista made drinks to all customers. This job creates the experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. A GURU models and acts with the values of The Nec Group and the passion for coffee.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following behaviours:
- Remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events within the area operating to standard and be a positive team player.
- Deliver world class customer service to all customers with a they come first attitude and engage with the customer.
- Follows Amadeus food safety ,health & safety, operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure a clean and organized work station at all times.
- Provides quality beverages and food products to the customers, following all recipe and standards.
- Ensure a regular and punctual attendance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- No previous experience required
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,880.00 per year
