Our EFL Summer School Teachers are welcomed into our friendly, professional English teaching team at Stafford House, based in the historic city of Cambridge.
We welcome a diverse mix of international students into our classrooms, all with varying levels of English; giving you the opportunity to teach English as a Foreign Language in a truly multicultural environment.
We have a high number of returning teachers each summer. Something that we’re very proud of. We believe our dedication to your personal development as a teacher, is key. We offer paid weekly inset training, a buddy system, paid induction days and the ongoing support of a highly experienced teaching team, on hand to help develop you, professionally.

- Hourly rate - Teaching: £20.27-£23.17 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Activities and training are paid at £12.17 per hour. Accommodation may be available + holiday entitlement
What you need to become part of the Stafford House Teaching Team:
- CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL - essential
- Degree or equivalent required
- Experience of teaching using Interactive Whiteboards and Digital Teaching Platform (not essential as we can teach you)
- DELTA/ DipTESOL or equivalent MA qualification desirable (but not essential)
