About the role

As part of the Global Talent Management Team, this role will see you help facilitate all business services (non-attorney) recruitment activities across Europe and Asia, as well as supporting on some assignments in the US. This is an incredibly varied position, providing expert recruitment support across all business services functions, including legally qualified staff, who are renowned as being best-in-class across the legal industry. The global reach of the team means that each requisition provides a unique challenge, as we support our colleagues around the world. Together with firm leadership and the wider Global Talent Management Team, you will assist with all phases of the recruitment process in the attraction, selection and hiring of top talent for the Firm, as well as helping the Firm to deliver on its commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging. The Talent Management Team are highly regarded and the role provides a great platform to get involved in an wide variety of global projects.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with a broad array of hiring managers and candidates, on a global basis
  • Working as a business partner with clients and being viewed as a truly trusted advisor, in all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle
  • Contributing to the constant evolution and improvement of the team and the service we provide – this is very much an environment where everyone has a voice
  • Collaborating with team members in Europe and the US on a variety of projects
  • Ensuring the hiring processes we run are inclusive, fair and free of bias; contributing to the firm’s its Diversity and Inclusion commitments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and delivering a fantastic experience, both internally and externally

About you:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:


  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience, agency or in-house, and if you have an international remit, that would be an advantage (but is not essential)
  • Experience of working closely with clients to help them differentiate themselves in competitive talent markets
  • A global outlook, are commercial, and value teamwork, collaboration, and innovation
  • Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation and time management skills
