Job description
We are looking for a temporary Event Marketing Assistant for 3-6 months to support our team producing events in cities around the world. There is potential that this role may become permanent after 6-months. The successful applicant will support the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns for the events, creating and publishing content on various social media platforms, researching and generating a lead ecosystem for conferences and events, helping the team to hit delegate revenue targets for the events, and supporting the team to ensure that in-person and virtual events are delivered successfully.
We want to hear from enthusiastic candidates with some office and (or) events / marketing related experience.
- You will be a self-motivated individual with a tenacious approach.
- A good team player.
- Have first-class organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Be educated to degree level or have relevant work experience / other relevant qualification.
- Competent with basic Microsoft packages, experience of CRM systems advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience with social media platforms.

Salary package
£23k - £25k p.a. depending on experience, plus bonus.
Location
You will be located at our Hampton Wick office, we are typically together 2-3 times a week in the office.
