Job description
We are looking for a keen enthusiastic registered nurse with an experience in urology, cystoscopy or endoscopic nursing to join a highly esteemed team of nurses working in Cystoscopy Unit.
This is a rewarding career, and is a fast-paced area delivering high quality specialist care in urology, cystoscopy and biopsy procedures. You will be joining a brilliant team of nurses, healthcare assistant, administration staff and excellent urology consultants and urology clinical nurse specialists to provide excellent care pre and post cystoscopy and biopsy procedures.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse to work alongside a team of clinical nurse specialists and consultant urologists, to provide nursing care to patients within a cystoscopy unit. Previous urology experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will practice autonomously and be responsible and accountable for safe, compassionate person centred care.
You are responsible for assessment of care needs of patients and planning programmes of care, implementation and the evaluation of these programmes without direct supervision.
At times you will have management responsibility for being in charge of the department and supervising junior members of staff.
