Hilton Main ward at Cannock Chase hospital have band 5 vacancies on a permanent contract. We are an elective Orthopaedic unit. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team at what will be a very exciting time with many positive changes taking place.

Hilton Main Ward, Cannock Chase Hospital, are excited to advertise an opportunity to join their Elective Orthopaedic Nursing Team.
Hilton Main Ward is a 32 bedded unit that specialises in the post-operative recovery and care of patients who have undergone elective Orthopaedic surgery - such as total hip & total knee replacements. We have a specialist SECU (Special Enhanced Care Unit) area within the ward, where our nurses are trained to develop critical care skills in order to offer enhanced monitoring of post-operative patients.
Serving 7 theatres and a total of 26 Orthopaedic Consultant Surgeons, this is a fast-paced, dynamic clinical unit that is constantly adapting to meet the needs of the patient demographic.
