Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time band 5 nurse to come and join Finedon Ward at Northampton General Hospital. We are an 18 bedded ward specializing in the care of patients with renal disease, providing renal replacement therapies as well as plasma pheresis for all inpatients. We are the only inpatient setting in the county who can provide these services and very excited about service expansion moving forward.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled MDT and offers several ways to enhance clinical skills as well as receiving additional renal specific training on all renal replacement therapies following a probationary period.
If you are newly qualified, we offer you 6 months preceptorship course and a designated mentor to support you throughout your initial eighteen months. We have close links with the local university offering post graduate education as well as a supportive Practice Development Team and professional organisational development leads willing to support you and your team to deliver the best possible care.
