Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment of sales plan for the month, quarter, year;
- Search for new target contacts and customers;
- Maintaining correspondence with potential customers;
- Preparation of commercial proposals and related materials;
- Updating presentation materials and scripts for company products;
- Supporting the client in organizing the signing of NDA and contract;
- Preparation of expert materials and speaking as an expert to build the company's image;
- Daily business correspondence with partners, clients and colleagues;
- Maintaining the CRM system and compiling reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)

Client request: American bank wants to open correspondent accounts in EUR and CNY for making cross-border transactions with Europe, China, UAE and Hong Kong.
Information:
ChangeLab can open correspondent account in the following banks:
- Singapore Bank
- Chinese Bank
- UK Bank
With Singapore Bank there is an option to open accounts in USD, IDR, EUR, CNY, SGD and pay to Hong Kong, China, India, Malaysia, Europe, UAE.
With Chinese bank we can open accounts in EUR, CNY, HKD, thus will allow our client pay to USA, China, Hong Kong, Europe, Singapore.
With UK bank there is a possibility to open EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD and pay to Europe, China, India, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong.
- Which option do you choose to propose to the client?
Request: client wants to set up in China and trade commodities and stocks.
Information: ChangeLab has 2 options. First one is to do the set up in China with the ability to trade stocks, bonds and commodities. The whole process will take 5 months and require licensing. Second option is to set up in Hong Kong with the ability to trade stocks and bonds. The whole set up in HK will take 1 month and don't require special licensing.
