Working with our partners across Norfolk & Waveney, we’ve designed training programmes and support packages to help you quickly settle into life in the beautiful county of Norfolk and work to pass your OSCE and gain your NMC registration.

Our international recruitment programme will take you through the steps you’ll need to develop yourself as a fully trained nurse with UK registration. You’ll join us initially as a Band 4 Pre-registered Nurse and spend your first few weeks being supported in our training rooms to prepare for your OSCE. Once your OSCE preparation programme is complete you will commence your induction to working as a nurse with one of our NHS partner organisations and then begin clinical work as a Pre-Registered Nurse, until you receive your NMC PIN.
We do not charge any fees for our services, and we provide the following incentives;

Summary of Post
To assess basic and specialist care needs of patients and implement without direct supervision. The nurse should at all times act in such a manner as to justify public trust and confidence to safeguard the interest of individual patients
Main duties and Responsibilities
1.1 The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
1.2 Ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice within the ward/department area are maintained.
1.3 Ensure that all Trust, Divisional, and Ward/Department Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
1.4 Maintain personal contact with patients, other health care disciplines, relatives and visitors.
1.5 Mentorship support of new staff.
1.6 Mentorship/support of student nurses.
1.7 To undertake appropriate enhanced roles, following the necessary training, e.g. IV drug administration, ECG recording.
1.8 Ensure safe custody and administration of drugs, in accordance with Trust Policy.
Professional Issues
2.1 To keep abreast of current trends and developments within nursing, being constantly aware of the need for self-development.
2.2 To participate in Personal Development Planning
2.3 To participate in Health Promotion and Rehabilitation Advice to patients and relatives.
2.5 Undertake specific projects requested by Ward/Department Manager.
2.6 Support/promote effective usage of all ward/department resources.
2.7 Flexibility of hours of work as to fit the needs of the service.
2.8 To keep in line with PREPP for re-registration
Health and Safety Responsibilities
To ensure that the Trust’s Health and Safety Policies are understood and observed and that procedures are followed.
To ensure the appropriate use of equipment and facilities and that the working environment is maintained in good order.
To take the necessary precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of yourself, patients, visitors, and staff, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
To undertake appropriate health and safety training to support safe working practice, including where appropriate, its management.
To demonstrate a practical understanding of risk assessment in relation to their areas of responsibility and to ensure safe systems of work are in place.
To ensure that all incidents occurring within the department are reported in accordance with Trust procedures, investigated and corrective action taken as necessary and/or reported to senior management and specialist advisers.
Moving and Handling Responsibilities
To ensure that all moving and handling tasks within their area of responsibility are assessed, that there is a manual handling plan indicating safe systems of work, and that documentation is regularly maintained and updated.
To observe and monitor the application of M&H skills, ensuring safe practice.
To attend appropriate training in accordance with the M&H assessed risks within the work area.

Infection Control
It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that they understand and follow the infection control policies, procedures and best practice applicable within the Trust. In particular:
- Observe all infection control policies and practices relevant to the post
- Act as a role model to others regarding infection control best practice
- Ensure that they keep up to date and attend all relevant training relating to infection control issues applicable to their post.
- Ensure that patients, visitors and contractors are aware of and follow infection control best practice (where applicable).
- Report non-compliance or concerns regarding infection control issues / best practice to their line manager
