Our organisation is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a Tracheostomy girl who is 5 years old. In addition to providing excellent care, the successful candidate will be expected to be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of nursing procedures and new developments in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a nursing assessment and charting.
- Assess patient's needs, maintaining proper documentation of the assessment.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients who are being discharged from the hospital.
- Document clinical/administrative decisions and support them with related rationale.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures including tracheal suctioning
- Work as part of a team or independently to provide competent care to patients.
