We're looking for a conversationalist who can strike up interesting conversations with our Swedish players. Whether you love talking about current events or have a particular passion or interest, your ability to communicate with our players is key.
You'll work closely with our Chat Experience Manager to shape and drive our player chat experience, ensuring that we always put our players first.

How will you do it?
You'll provide exceptional support to our players, ensuring that they have a memorable experience every time they play on our site. You'll develop an expert-level knowledge of the tombola websites and games, so that you can answer player questions and offer help whenever they need it.
At tombola, we value presentation and professionalism. That's why we need you to perform impeccably while working, presenting a positive image of our site, products, and team.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our players, so it's essential that you welcome them into our chat rooms with open arms. Participate in conversations, offer help, and encourage player participation to create a positive and engaging experience.
And lastly, you'll communicate important or unresolved issues to the rest of the team, ensuring that we're always improving our player experience.
What we need from you
As this role involves working with our players in Sweden, Swedish language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this role.
We're on the hunt for enthusiastic candidates who are ready to embrace a flexible schedule and make a big impact on our team! You'll need to be available for different shift patterns and even weekend work giving you the opportunity to work full time, with 36 and 40 hour contracts available per week.
Finally, to join our team, you'll need to have the right equipment and workspace to support your work. This includes a laptop with a minimum screen size of 15.6" or a desktop with a built-in camera or webcam. You'll also need a suitable home office area with a desk and adjustable chair to keep you comfortable during your working hours. Don't forget, you'll also require a high-speed broadband connection to ensure you stay connected with our team and our players.
