Job summary
Beauport Ward are looking for a staff nurse to join our team. We are a 28 bedded mixed emergency and elective orthopaedic ward. We are looking for a kind and compassionate nurse who works well within a team and is patient focused.
Key responsibilities include pre and post operative care, wound management, pain management, working within the multidisciplinary team and providing physical and psychological care to support recovery.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop their experience and skills of caring for both trauma and elective orthopaedic patients. With an onsite Education centre which links in with a UK university providing professional CPD with in house training programs as well as access to generous funding and study time for MSC programmes.
