An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated healthcare support workers who are seeking a new challenge to join our team of nurses on Philorth ward.
Philorth ward is a 20 bedded GP acute/short term rehabilitation/palliative care ward.We are also the stroke rehabilitation unit for the area with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team .
The working pattern is 12 hour shifts and is day/night rotation and weekend and public holiday working will be part of the rota.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard working individuals with a genuine interest in working within this type of ward.
Ideally the successful candidates will have past experience of working within a team, also be able to work using their own initiative.
Must have a keen interest in learning new skills and keen to progress with relevant training opportunities.
Must be willing to take on any additional role relevant to the position.
Experience is beneficial and clinical skills, venepuncture etc would be an advantage but is not essential as training can be given to the successful candidate.
