Job description
The Sr. Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a comprehensive solution to a stated business problem or opportunity within the MS Dynamics (D365) environment. You will work determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals for active projects within the Spares Order Management.
- Implement projects globally while assuring necessary project buy-in of stakeholders throughout the process to ensure solution effectiveness. Plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Acts as an advisor to Management regarding Spares Order Management system and business process capabilities related to Microsoft Dynamics (D365). Provides day-to-day guidance and leadership as appropriate in the area of expertise or seeks out appropriate resources as required. Assists the order processing community in troubleshooting and solving Microsoft Dynamics as well as SAP software development system problems.
- Manages for the design, specification, and implementation of Order Management related projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the global Spares Customer Service organization.
- Works closely with internal customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing system requirements and business process procedures.
- Seeks opportunities to build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that will delivery improvements and efficiencies.
This role has a hybrid schedule, working 3 days a week at the office and 2 days remote.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Ten (10) years’ experience in a similar role using MS D365 or similar CRM system, including knowledge of Service Parts ordering and related processes.
- Advanced knowledge of system configuration in SAP Sales & Distribution module, or SAP sales transactions.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of management.
- PMP or CIRM certification is preferred.
- Experiencing deploying Case Management systems, is preferred.
CA San Francisco Bay Area - Salary Range for this position: $101,000- $220,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
