Sports Sales Assistant

What can you expect day to day?
As a Sales Assistant, you will be fun, engaging and have a can-do attitude. We are looking for confident and target-driven individuals to join our vibrant team in providing excellent customer service at high footfall locations such as retail, events, and residential sites. You don’t need to have extensive sales experience - it’s all about personality and capability - if you’re willing to learn, we’re happy to coach!
Your main duties will involve:
- Offering customer care, brand representation, product advice, and assist with sales conversions at the point of sale.
- Carrying out customer interactions face-to-face - candidates must confidently interact with customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Working in a relaxed, unsupervised environment managing and promoting sales at B2C and B2B locations
- Being part of a rapidly growing organisation

What do you need to succeed?
- This Sales Assistant role is a valuable opportunity for sports-minded candidates who have an interest in sports, marketing, advertising, team leadership, sales and entrepreneurship.
- We are looking for candidates who:
- Are passionate about working with people and maintain a positive can-do attitude
- Have at least three days availability (between Mon - Fri 10 AM to 6 PM with early finish Fridays)
- This Sales Assistant opening is not a work from home position; you must commute to our office in the Edinburgh City Centre.
