We are currently seeking highly qualified individuals who are degree educated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role. You’ll be joining a young business with room to manoeuvre and change direction.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans for patients
- Utilise manual therapy techniques and other appropriate modalities to promote healing and recovery
- Provide rehabilitation exercises and advice to facilitate optimal recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in sports rehabilitation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Rehabilitation, Osteopathy, or related field
- Valid license or certification as a Sports Rehabber/Osteopath
- Proven experience in assessing and treating sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent manual therapy skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
Compensation:
This position operates on a commission-based structure, providing the opportunity to earn a highly competitive income. Successful candidates will receive 60% commission on their billable services, providing a performance-driven incentive to excel in their role.
