This role is on a fixed-term contract of up to 12-months

What’s the Job?

The Sports Marketing Executive will ensure that all Teams/Federation playing/performance requirements are met within the required timelines and in accordance with the contractual agreement(s) for both Castore and the respective partner.

You will also deliver day-to-day partnerships tasks and requirements such as ticketing requests, sample coordination and internal communication.

Crucial to the role is fostering and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Retail, Marketing, Partnerships and digital personnel.

The Sports Marketing Executive will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of structure and organisation.

Ultimately, this role will support the Senior Sports Marketing Manager to deliver key commercial & marketing activities and campaigns to achieve partnership, business commercial and brand goals.

What will I do?

  • Day to day contact with kit staff at respective teams, including regular training ground visits throughout the season.
  • Communicate internally all team requirements from pre-season throughout the season to all relevant personnel and departments.
  • Identify new product opportunities within pro teams and communicate to relevant personnel and departments.
  • Support and secure all club kit orders within agreed deadlines for pro team, academy and associated departments.
  • Liaise closely with Customer Services and Sports Marketing Operations to ensure efficient product flow from order placement to delivery date.
  • Work with Senior Sports Marketing Managers, Sports Marketing Managers and Sports Marketing Operations Manager to ensure all product modifications requirements are met in collaboration with the sponsored Team.
  • Liaise closely with all Senior Sports Marketing Managers and Sports Marketing Managers to ensure link between brand visibility on the pitch/training ground is mirrored at retail and a consistent link between products revealed on players and retail kit launches.
  • Liaise closely with Senior Sports Marketing Managers and Sports Marketing Managers to identify player endorsement opportunities.
  • Coordinate samples for upcoming seasons and ensure product is sent out accordingly.
  • Manage internal and external ticketing process ensuring an efficient, fair and robust procedure is in place.
