CCA Recruitment are looking for a talented Telesales Executive to join the team in securing new customers for an insurance campaign. You will build strong rapports with customers via outbound telephony channels, these customers will either have just purchased an appliance from a variety of retailers or have an existing warranty that is due for renewal.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Operating times 9:30 - 20:00. Candidates must be fully flexible within these time frames.
Responsibilities:
- Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer.
- Build rapport with every customer, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for each customer you deal with
- Contacting customers via outbound telephony channels regarding appliance insurance opportunities.

Experience
- Minimum one year experience within a outbound tele sales role.
- Desirable experience of working from home on multiple systems.
