Camp Co-ordinator
Ultimate Kids are seeking to fill multiple vacancies for our Camp Co-ordinator role. We are on the look out for individuals who are confident in their ability to lead a team of sports coaches to deliver a high quality multi-sports camp across various venues during the school holidays. Ultimate Kids organise and deliver multiple camps across Merseyside all our multi-sports camps are located in Sefton, including venues in Birkdale, Crosby, Formby Maghull, Seaforth, Waterloo. Successful candidates should posses excellent planning and organising skill and also have experience working with large groups of children.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Involved in the pre-planning and preparation of camps, including camp inventory and equipment
- Supervise opening-and closing-day procedures for staff and children.
- Develop routines, schedules, and procedures for camp operation.
- Assign staff activities and other responsibilities.
- Remain visible and accessible to staff and children.
- Report all incidents involving children to adults on collection.
- Manage lunch and snack distribution of a government-funded program following government standards.
- Coordinate daily cleanup of the camp venue.
Requirements
- First Aid trained (Preferred)
- Valid DBS certificate (Essential)
- Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Experience working on holidays camps (Essential)
- Customer service skills (Preferred)
- Behaviour management skills (Preferred)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £60.00-£100.00 per day
