The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Content Manager to join our Talent team, working closely with our Talent Development Partner, to provide engaging and flexible learning content and solutions, playing a vital part in ensuring that the growth of our colleagues is core to them achieving their full potential.
What you'll be doing
- Creating innovative content and flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of our business, utilising face to face, digital & outsourced solutions
- Curation and development of engaging & impactful content forming a core offering for our colleagues and leaning into our agile ways of working
- Working with the business to plan, deliver and retro learning interventions, driving our culture of continuous learning
- Creating a step-change in the learning mindset across our business, embedding our agile ways of working and core values
- Generating valuable people data and feedback to measure the impact of our development interventions
- Working across all our Head Office areas, this role is a great opportunity to take accountability for building and developing capability across the breadth of IAG Loyalty
What we're looking for
- A progressive L&D expert that is comfortable and confident in designing & delivering a core catalogue of development content to build the skills and capability across IAGL Loyalty
- A great collaborator is critical – as you'll work closely with the talent and people teams as well as across Head Office functions
- You will have endless curiosity, which is infectious!
- Ideally you will have experience of working in an Agile organisation, that provided you with a breadth of learning and development experience
- Ambition to support the learning transformation across our business
- Your collaborative, flexible and open working style quickly builds trust and credibility with all colleagues
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Mural would be beneficial

Location:
This role will be based at IAGL's London office in Victoria, and we have a blended approach to working at IAGL. Our Blend is our interpretation of hybrid working, where our colleagues are empowered to choose the location for them to produce their best work. Based on your to-do list, colleagues either choose the office or home working that day. We expect this will mean roughly half your time will be at home and the other half in one of the offices.
