Our facilities team are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our highly successful team of more than 50 sports staff dedicated to ensuring that an NTU student’s lifestyle is much more than lectures and lie-ins.
You will work across Nottingham Trent University's two high quality sport sites which boast a range of different facilities including a Climbing Wall, Sports Hall, Squash Courts, 3G pitch, Grass Pitches, Fitness Suites and more.
About You
As a Sports Operations Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for all enquiries regarding our sports facilities and fitness suites. You will have a flexible approach and be professional in delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Your main duties will include front of house for all NTU customers, assisting with telephone and booking enquiries, enrolling new members, processing bookings and payments, using a computerised booking system, administrative support, and the setting up of sports equipment.
You must be reliable and conscientious with great communication and organisation skills, good team work and willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential.
