Hours: 37 hours a week on a shift rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Derby Arena is an iconic event and sports venue and since opening in 2015 we have developed an innovative and varied events and sports portfolio.
Our events range from televised sports events to live gigs and comedy shows as well as hosting exhibitions and conferences.
Alongside this the post holder will be responsible for developing a wide variety of sports on the infield and continue to develop the 250m indoor cycling track programme. A wide range of clubs, groups and schools use these spaces, and we work hard to develop strong relationships locally and nationally with sporting partners to engage more people in becoming physically active.
The post is part of the senior management team at Derby Arena so having excellent leadership is a must as well as having developed skills in motivating a team, planning, communicating and prioritising tasks.
