The new Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) Sport Building opened in June 2021 and this is an exciting time to be joining LJMU. The University has a new Sports Strategy and there are some key roles working in the Admin team to offer an outstanding front of house service to all users.
The Admin team will provide a welcoming, professional service by providing efficient, friendly and professional customer focussed service to all customers. This will include taking bookings, dealing with queries and answering the phone. The role will also include undertaking appropriate administrative duties when required, selling, and managing the stock in reception. The role will be vital in helping to ensure an excellent customer experience that keeps people coming back repeatedly. You be willing to contribute to the other key areas of the building including setting up sports equipment and maintaining a safe and positive environment in the gym and studios.
You should have experience previous work experience in a Reception or other customer-facing role to good communication skills and a strong commitment to customer care. Experience of selling both face to face and via telephone is also required.
