This is a job unlike any other, and incredibly rewarding when pride is taken in your role. As a Splatter Guide, you help provide an immersive painting experiences for our customers in a new and exciting field of entertainment. Most working hours are during the weekends, but availability for daytime hours during the week is an asset.

Job Description:

The Splatter Guide is responsible for ensuring an unforgettably fun and exciting experience for our customers. As a Splatter Guide, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Being outgoing, courteous and engaging with all of our customers.
  • Welcome customers and provide a detailed briefing to guests in order to introduce the concept of the art experience.
  • Being present during sessions in a professional and unobtrusive manner while being available and on hand for help and advise when needed.
  • Tidying and cleaning the Art Studio in between sessions.
  • Topping up the paint trolleys at the end of the working day.
  • Social Media Management. It is essential you are familiar with how to manage social accounts such as Instagram and TikTok for business.
  • Keeping track of the inventory of stock and ensuring we have enough appropiate equipment.
  • Keeping track of online bookings and responding to phone call queries and emails.

Particular qualities we are looking for in applicants:

  • Charisma! An outgoing and sociable personality who can also "switch gears" to fade into the background when appropiate.
  • The confidence to brief large groups of people.
  • A flair for the theatrical as well as any background in theatre is an asset.
  • Any artistic skills or interest in art is valuable for this position.
  • Good at working alone as well as part of a team.
  • Cleanliness - you must uphold a very high standard of cleaning to ensure our paints and tools are perfect for customers.
  • Attention to detail.- you must be able to be calm and friendly while under pressure and it is essential you can think on your feet.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £10.50 per hour
