Role: Adult Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Colsterworth, Lincolnshire

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum dependent on experience (pro rata)

Hours: 1 day a week but can be flexible for someone who wants more hours.

About the role

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the autistic adults we support.

You will be responsible for holding a speech and language therapy caseload and with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training and consultation. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.

Essential Criteria:

  • BSc in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
