Job description
A HR Administrator is required for a finance and funding provider to the public sector. The successful candidate will be motivated and a strong team player. The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate is to effectively support the needs of the two HR Business Partners, providing administrative support.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days spent in the office in Canary Wharf.
Duties include but are not limited to the below:
Successful candidates will provide administrative support to the two HR Business Partners.
- Organisation skills, ability to perform tasks and prioritise work, especially when there are conflicting demands
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases, record sickness or maternity/paternity leave
- Raising purchase orders with accounts & checking invoices on receipt
- Responding to basic queries from staff regarding the online HR system
- Creating new accounts on the HR system for new starters
- Updating the online system with data and filing documents
- Preparing recruitment packs for the interview panel
- Scanning/filing completed recruitment documents following interview
- Assisting the team with scheduling training and confirming the availability of attendees
- Preparing HR entries for the weekly office newsletter
- Ensuring that exit interviews are scheduled for the HR Director
- Organising pension meetings
- Spot checks on staff training records to ensure they are being updated by staff
- Book meeting rooms for team meetings or training

Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
