Warwickshire Special Care Dental Service, in collaboration with NHSE-Midlands (WT&E), is seeking applications for a Leadership Fellow
HEE anticipates that 0.4 WTE will be spent on project work under the direction of senior NHS leaders. However, NHSE-Midlands (WT&E) also recognises the importance and value of maintaining clinical skills. The posts will therefore have a 0.6 WTE clinical sessions based in Warwickshire Hospitals and clinics delivering paediatric and special care dentistry and acquiring associated skills. The clinical activity is not related to a contractual requirement (UDA).
This is not a formal training post and will not have a national training number. It will provide 12 months of excellent experience in which post holders can develop themselves to gain skills which will be attractive to future employers and training programmes.
