Working across our Cafe, we have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Booths family.


You will be part of a brand new and exciting café concept due to open at our Clitheroe store in September 2023. The Specialist areas we have in store include our Café, Bakery and Deli, Cheese, Raw meat and Fish counters. Predominantly you will be given the accountability of our Café, however at times, where needed, you will be required to work cross functionally to support other departments.


Working in our new and exciting café, no day will ever be the same. You will work as part of a team of Team Leaders supporting the effective management of the store and Café through leading and motivating your team to;

  • deliver a memorable experience for our customers
  • ensure our high company standards are maintained

Our Dream is to be loved by our customers for inspiring and nourishing their desire for excellent food and drink and working at Booths, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating magical experiences that makes our customers want to return time and again.


As Team Leader, you will be friendly and outgoing and have a real passion for great customer service. You will oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift, providing guidance, instruction on how to approach a task and leading by example. You will be responsible for the review of safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts. In the absence of senior management, you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store.

This role will require a minimum of one weekend shift per week. Applicants must be 18+
