More about your role
We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Landlord Assistant. Your role will involve you delivering effective coordination and support across the Specialist Landlord portfolio, while developing strong working relationships between internal departments and Agents which will contribute to an excellent customer experience.
You will assist with the day to day monitoring of the Specialist Landlord Inbox whilst triaging and resolving queries and you will work closely with our agents to ensure you are providing clear/prompt communications.

More about you
We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background, someone who has worked in a support environment will enable them to empathise with our customers.
The perfect applicant for this role will be able to think fast on their feet, you will enjoy problem solving and turning a negative situation into a positive one.
You will demonstrate great organisation skills and communication skills which will allow you to be successful within this role and contribute to overall success of the business.
