About the job
Our business is in repair and replacement of automotive glass. We provide our services in our branches and through our mobile units.
You will be a part of our Trainee Program which means:
- You will receive high standard quality training delivered by experienced and qualified trainers and technicians.
- We will work with you to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Automotive Glazing to NVQ level 2 and 3.
- After 10 weeks of training including classroom based learning and real experience with other qualified Technicians, you will be able to work independently.
- You will receive on-going support and assistance ensuring you remain up to date with techniques and processes.
- If selected you will also receive training on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration, hybrid and electric vehicles.
Once trained your job will be to repair and replace windscreens and body glass, and to provide our customers with excellent service.
About you
- We are more interested in your enthusiasm to learn, your motivation to deliveryexcellent customer service and your desire to do a great job than any previous experience in our sector. It would be helpful if: You can interact with customers and undertake administrative tasks using technology.
- You enjoy providing excellent customer service and quality.
- You can work effectively in a team supporting your colleagues to deliver the best customer service.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have a full valid clean driving licence, although we would be happy to hear from you if you have started learning to drive too - we may be able to support you with this.
