Job description
We are looking for a highly effective administrator to work as part of the Adult Community Learning team to support delivery of our new Multiply project providing specialist administration support to our managers, colleagues and providers. Multiply is a new government funded programme to help adults who do not have a maths qualification at level 2 (or equivalent) improve their numeracy skills through engagement activities, learning opportunities and qualifications.
Your next role
- Providing high standards of customer service to our learners and both internal and external stakeholders for example, responding to referrals for our courses and keeping stakeholders informed about our service
- Dealing with internal and external queries and providing advice in line with business processes and procedures
- Collating, processing and analysing data; this will include data processing
- Use and maintenance of specialist processes and procedures to support the delivery of the ACL service for example, administration of qualifications and exams in line with awarding body requirements
Please note we are also recruiting an 18.5 hours permanent Specialist Business Support Officer post to support our core Adult Community Learning provision Ref: RNR001480. Applicants can apply for one or both posts and we will consider appointing one person to both posts.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
