Spanish Speaking Travel Agent
Salary: circa £27,000 p.a. DOE
Location: Chiswick, London

*** Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 ***
Main duties:
To manage enquiries and organise clients’ travel requests from start to finish.
The Role:
- To manage and respond to travel requests in a timely manner
- To negotiate suppliers’ contracts with regards to accommodation, transport and activities
- To provide excellent customer service and emergency support where needed
- To liaise with the finance department regarding invoices
- To carry out administrative tasks accordingly
- To attend exhibitions where needed
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Fluent in Spanish to business level (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in travel operations/bookings
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situation
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
SALARY
Up to £27,000 p.a. DOE
