Spanish Speaking Sales Consultant

THE ROLE

Based in our Manchester City Centre office in the heart of Ancoats, you will be talking to high net worth individuals to build relationships with and ultimately sell investment property to.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting revenue targets via direct sales of global property specifically in areas popular with Spanish speaking investors
  • Comfortable with telesales. Two hours phone time a day the norm.
  • Ability to develop sales pitches and develop product offerings across various Global markets
  • Seeking out and attending networking events / property exhibitions in order to generate leads and promote the company's services to develop new and existing business opportunities
  • Face-to-face meetings and property tours showing customers around the North West
  • Managing new and existing client relationships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish
  • 3+ years of Property sales experience essential, international real estate preferred
  • Evidence of being self managed and self motivated
  • Evidence of lasting employment in the field of sales - 2 years minimum
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A good eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and within a dynamic team
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • International property sales experience advantageous

  • Basic salary of £22,000
  • Uncapped commission £75-£100k+ OTE
  • Pension Scheme

We would also be open to applicants working customised hours starting late and working into the evening should that be preferable.

Salary: £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
