Job title: Project Professional
Location: Barrow-in-Furness (On site)
Salary: £34,032 + dependent on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Gather data, update project plans and generate project progress reports on behalf of the project manager
- Monitor, within defined frameworks and in assigned areas, activities carried out on projects/programmes to support their effective delivery
- Identify and expedite actions to respond to issues and deviations from project plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet their requirements, and lead in swift resolution of issues
- To be able to access, have a clear understanding of and apply the Quality and HS&E Management System documentation e.g. Process Instructions, Workmanship Standards, Risk Assessments etc. applicable to your particular work scope and to obey all HS&E rules and control measures
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Project Management experience in a delivery focussed role
- Demonstrated skills in supporting the defining, planning and execution of complex scope
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills and experience
Desirable:
- Understanding of Material Requirements Planning would be advantageous
- Teamcenter skills

The Integrated Combat System Build & Integration team:
The Integrated Combat Systems Build & Integration team are integral to the delivery of the Dreadnought Programme. This role provides the opportunity to work close to the product throughout both the Design and Build phases. As a Project Professional, you will be working in a cross-functional role with exposure to the wider Programme throughout its entire lifecycle.
