Lush’s anchor store on the bustling Buchanan Street, will be open from November. Its location is one of the only stand-alone buildings on the busiest shopping street in the city. Glasgow is Scotland’s biggest city & the 3rd largest in the UK. We will have 3 floors of retail space and a beautiful spa floor on our 2nd floor with unrivalled views of the city centre.
The 8 couch spa will be opening with 2 double and 4 single treatment rooms which we anticipate will be in high demand to bring the Lush Spa experience to the residents & visitors of Glasgow. Having previously not had a Lush spa in Glasgow there will be a great opportunity to launch and grow our client base by offering treatments which reinvent massage.

Becoming a Lush Spa Therapist provides the opportunity to perform immersive experiences whilst being trained to the highest level in-house, allowing you to further develop your existing massage skills whilst learning our innovative treatments.
We are looking for Spa Therapists:
- With an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in beauty or holistic therapy, which includes full-body massage
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
- Who have a proactive approach to giving and receiving feedback
- Passionate about representing our brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa
- Who have a passion for learning and continual professional development
- Deep tissue/ firm pressure massage experience is desirable but not essential
Good to know
- Pay: £22,672.00 - £25,792.00 Pro Rata (with pay increase dependent on progression)
- Contract: Various shift patterns including weekends, various contract sizes available
- Training: To set you up for success, you will receive inclusive training from one of our experienced Spa Trainers on all things Lush and Lush Spa onsite in our spa in Glasgow. Along with spending time in our international training space in Poole, Dorset. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, you will become an ambassador for the Lush Spa, displaying excellent product knowledge, consultations skills and performing transformative treatments. You will be expected to keep on top of your knowledge and training throughout your career at Lush.
- If you are successful, this role will include experience on our shop floor before a 1-2 month placement at our international training site & headquarters in Poole, Dorset before continuing your Spa journey in Glasgow.
