The Role of a Spa Receptionist

Our receptionists are attentive, welcoming and are often the first person a guest meets when they visit the Thermae Bath Spa.

The Receptionist is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, ensuring our visitor’s have all the information they need to enjoy their spa experience.
