Job description
An exciting role of Spa Receptionist has arisen at The Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel.
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Health, Beauty and Fitness Manager, your responsibilities will include undertaking a range of administrative tasks as well as taking bookings for treatments. In addition the role involves cashiering, selling products, Spa memberships and conducting show rounds for guests around the Spa amongst other duties.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in a health and beauty environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and be able to provide customer service to the highest level.
The hours of work are on a shift basis with the requirements to work shifts at weekends.
