Spa Receptionist
Our renowned Ayush Wellness Spa is looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team.
You will be outgoing, keen to take on new challenges and be committed to providing a professional service to our guests. You will also be expected to assist the Spa team in maintaining the high standard in all aspects of the Spa operations.
Duties will include covering the Spa Reception when needed, offering a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. You will be fully aware of the Spa treatment menu, product knowledge and to promote all aspects of the Spa. You will ensure the pool area is manned at peak times, providing guests with information about the pool, gym and the spa in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring all areas of the are Spa kept clean and stocked. You will have good communication, be fluent in English, be able to work under pressure, be self motivated and be able to work in a team.
