Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located close to Glasgow are looking for Spa Receptionists to join our existing fabulous team. The Imperia Spa & Leisure Club has just benefited from an extensive refurbishment making it one of the most luxurious in the West of Scotland.
Every day is different working within the Imperia Spa and being a receptionist allows you to meet some brilliant people whilst allowing you to be part of a large and vibrant department.
We need someone who can provide excellent standards of client service and who has a real desire to work within the Spa & Leisure Industry. The entire role of the Spa Receptionist just can’t be written down, no two days are ever the same and sometimes you will come across situations that require you to use your initiative and think on your feet.
GENERAL
The main responsibilities of a Spa Receptionist are:
· Receive clients into the Spa by greeting them warmly, attending to their enquiries quickly and efficiently at all times.
· Input bookings into the Imperia Spa reservations system.
· Conducting show rounds of the Spa and Leisure facilities to potential new clients.
· Provide guidance to clients on the procedures within the Spa.
· Maintain changing rooms to a high standard.
· Take responsibility for the care of clients and members throughout their visit.
· Gain a good knowledge of treatments, ishga and Elemis products offered within the Spa and to advise clients of their benefit.
· When required assist the Spa therapists in preparing the treatments rooms, taking care of the products and towelling required.
· Assist in developing promotional events which focus on increasing the clientele of the Spa.
· Complete a financial banking at the end of each shift ensuring that all payments taken are recorded through the Spa system.
· Maintain orderliness at the front desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the front desk area clean at all times to avoid clutter or mess.
To be considered for the role of Spa Receptionist you should have experience working within customer facing roles. Your presentation should be impeccable, and you should have an excellent telephone manner.
