About the job: -
-You will be pivotal to the customer/patient journey.
-You will ensure the patient has a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish and beyond.
What the customer/patient journey looks like: -
-Respond to patient queries from a variety of sources-website, email, telephone, SMS/WhatsApp
-Follow up on appointments by sending out information leaflets, treatment summaries, future appointments and treatment plans, answering patient questions where possible and receiving feedback. We are constantly looking to see how we can improve our service. You will be vital in helping us do this.
-Ensure everyone is on our email list and receives our weekly newsletter.
-You will constantly review patient appointment reminders to ensure patients get all their appointments and their treatment plans are on track.
-Your crucial role ensures that each day runs seamlessly, and delays and unforeseen incidents are anticipated and acted upon to maximise efficiency. You really are the glue that holds the team together!
-Your job is to link the whole system and ensure the patient has a faultless experience and that you and the rest of the team can work in a happy, calm and rewarding environment.

We are a luxury Aesthetic and Skincare business. We are a small new team with a passion for what we do. We are growing our team and looking for either full-time or part-time candidates with some hybrid remote work/WFH available. We work collaboratively as a team.
This role is varied and enjoyable.
It is essential that before applying for this job, you can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Reception/Administrative role working in either an Aesthetic clinic, Dental practice, five-star Spa or Beauty salon.
What type of person are you:-
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a calm persona and the ability to multitask, be self-managed, solutions orientated and have a growth mindset.
- You must demonstrate that you can work as part of a team and independently if needed.
- Experienced with Microsoft suite.
- Previous experience or willingness to learn CRM and cloud-based project management systems. E.g., Active Campaign/Mail Chimp & Asana.
- Experienced in social media would be a bonus.

Working hours are 9 am to 5 30 pm: no weekends or bank holidays.
Salary £28,000 pro-rata depending on experience, with an excellent bonus package and benefits.
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
We are looking for a minimum commitment of 20 -24 hours a week over 2 to 3 days.
