Job description
We are seeking a welcoming and customer focused Receptionist to join our ultra-professional front of house team in our award-winning Sequoia Spa. As one of the first people our members and guests meet, it is of paramount importance that they are wowed by a knowledgeable team offering a smooth check in and useful information about the facilities and treatments.
You’ll need to be organised, and have a great team working ethic, top notch customer service s and excellent communication skills. An interest in the spa environment is also a benefit.
We have opportunities for full-time or part time hours – both would include shift work on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (6am - 2:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (12:30pm - 9pm).
